So, I got a dog! Her name is Penny, and I am convinced she is the cutest, sweetest, most well-behaved puppy ever! There's a little barking situation we're dealing with during the day time, but hey, she's a dog.
In other the news, the biggest stress of my life... Speech and Debate... is FINALLY coming to a close. Thank the lord! I manage to still have issues pop up in my day, but for the most part I can breathe now... and go back to being me... and enjoying free weekends. What were those like, again?
Next week... in nine days, actually... I am going to MIAMI! My first spring break vacay since college... Cancun '02, to be exact. And, I am stoked! Good fun! Good beach time! Great peeps! And, one of the most thrilling things... SALSA DANCING.
And, while I wish I could dive into more of the happenings of the past few weeks, I am currently hiding at my computer while chaperoning a fundraiser for Speech and Debate. (I said it was ALMOST over!)
And, I must leave now to stop the kids who are not working, and instead, reenacting their favorite High School Musical renditions. Please know that this is not the high school norm, but that there are a select few Wildcat-obsessed kiddies running around here.
